Sweet Exorcist vinyl night at the People's Pint 5/14 with DJs Andujar & Bongohead presenting "Rumba Psicodélica"

The monthly Sweet Exorcist returns on Friday, May 14th at the People's Pint in downtown Greenfield. DJs Andujar, B-COMING and 12XU hold down this vinyl affair every month with guests. The May installment features DJs Bongohead and Mike P for a special Rumba Psicodélica night of South American, West African and Jamaican eclectic sounds ranging from cumbia to dub to psych to funk to salsa and beyond.

The night features selections from DJ Bongohead's new VampiSoul Records compilation The Afrosound of Colombia. Also hear the underground garage chichas excavated on recent trips to Perú by Mike Pigott of Mass Tropicas Records and the hard 70s African funk as played by Andujar on the WMUA Radio Clandestino program, as well as selections from resident DJs B-COMING and 12XU. All from vinyl!

The event is FREE and all ages, and runs from 10 til 1. The People's Pint is located at 24 Federal St, Greenfield.
