Vivian "Yabby You" Jackson, RIP

After the death of Willie Mitchell and the disaster in Haiti, we lose much loved Jamaican singer/producer Yabby You on Tuesday night. Apparently from an aneurysm at 63, reports state.



Yabby came from the poorest of the poor in Kinston. Orphaned, malnourished, crippled and Christian, this man had the odds stacked against him. King Tubby gave him a chance and Yabby-You was born from the chant of "Conquering Lion".



We'll miss ya, Jesus Dread.
